I ordered 100 of them; I'm going to put them in the yard for the holidays hanging from a burning cross. Having trouble incorporating the noose into the theme, though. Thinking... thinking...

Swit: Thanks. I want it to continue, too, but it doesn't go much farther. I was planning to revise it and maybe add a piece to the trip. I don't think I have the stomach to do much more than get her to the farm, and leave her there, to him (or them).
Yeah, it's about the stories I linked. The jury is still out on Willie Pickton's trial for first degree murder for six of the women they found on his farm. It's not looking good for a conviction, even though they have a near-confession from him. There are too many other people involved.
Next, he goes on trial for killing another 20 women. I don't know how this case will effect that one. The guy's a millionaire. There were over 50 sex trade workers who disappeared from Vancouver's low track during his run (1995 - 2002).
Willie Pickton makes Jack the Ripper look like your kindly uncle.
